As the Nationwide Anti- hardship protest enter the second day, the protest continue in some part of Dutse capital of Jigawa state despite the 24 hours curfew imposed declared by the state governor Malam Umar Namadi on Thursday night.

Currently combined team of security agencies are battling with protestants around Zai area of the city to blocked them from going to the commercial area and other and other major public buildings and stores.
According to one of the residents of Zai quarters thousands of youth who were chanting different slogan including inviting military to takeover the nation have resisted the teargas thrown to desperse them by the security.
However at Shuwaring area in an outskirts of Dutse, thousands of youth have regrouped and continu with demonstration for the second day.
The protestants who are attempting to get into the state capital centre are blocked by heavy security who barricaded the road and heavily teargas the area.
An eye witness in Shuwarin area has confirmed that, 10th of youth including under age boys were arrest y the police .
In Gumel town the situation was relatively clamp as security blocked all major roads and to prevent the protestants from regrouping, however according to our source in the town , the situation is very volatile as the number of the security are not enough to contain the youth for a long period.
In Babura and Kiyawa local government the protestant back to street while hoodlums vandalized and looted agricultural stores and local government secretariat.
Attempt to reach our source in other places like Hadeji, Birnin Kudu-, Jahun and Kazaure prove abortive as the Communication network are terribly bad around those areas.

More so report has confirmed that as of Friday evening 15 people were njured, and twelves public buildings were destroyed and some looted.
APC state secreteriet in Dutse capital and Jigawa Agricultural store in Hadejia city ,and some part of Babura local government secretariat were all looted and and set ablaze d including 23 motor vehicles at the premises.
Other affected building included Birnin kudu local government secretariat, skill acquisition centers, two residential houses belong to politicians, six other agricultural and grains stores in Kazaure, Babura, Kiyawa , Birnin Kudu- and , Gumel were looted and vandalized by suspected hoodlums.
