Official of the Kano state Hisba command in charge of Yankaba area, Kano city Malam Aliyu Usman has denounced the voice report going round on social media, claiming Hon Auwal Sankara conferenced having illicit affairs with married woman, described the audio as a fake.
Malam Aliyu Usman dispelled the rumor while making clarification on the case and the audio.
He said, they only received complain from husband of the woman and after investigation they found the women inside a car while the owner of the house Hon Auwalu Sankara walking towards the gate of the house together with gateman ”
” I am a junior officer I have no right to talk ,revealed or give report to any person with regards to our operation except our Oga Malam Mujahid, so I wonder from where the audio clip credited to me came from ”
Speaking on the matter,the lawyer to the woman Barrister Rabiu Shuaibu Abdullahi said, the case was presented before the court in which his client was the second dependent in the case.
Barrister Rabiu explained that, the court has directed Inspector General of police to investigate the matter, and they are happy for the order.
The dependent Council added that. the couples have been having domestic crisis for years to the extent the complainant ( Husband)was using gun to terrorize his wife when ever they have disagreement.
” My client has restaurant at Lamido crescent, the restaurant is popular, people use to call her to order the food, but because of the family crisis the husband has been trailing and tracking her movement with tracker for unknown reason than persecuting ” Barrister stated.
The case is currently under investigation at Kano state CID while the embattle Commissioner Hon Auwal Dalladi Sankara vowed to follow the case to logical conclusion for cleaning his reputation and that of his family.
