MSSN Patron Charges Youth To Be Time Conscious

On of the great patrons of the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria Shiekh Muhammad Ahmad Mustapha Maidiguri has charged youth to be time conscious in what ever they do and avoid “African Time” which is against the virtues of Islam.
The Shiekh made the called when a delegation of the MSSN Borno State University Chapter paid him a courtesy visit in his resident.
He told the visiting youth that, time is one of the precious and importants assets in our life and spending in in a west is not acceptable in Islam and it not present ones as a good Muslim.
Shiekh further stated that, there e Ten(10) qualities that present ones as a good Muslim Identifications of a good Muslim and every Muslim needs to abide by theses essential qualities
The qualities included: Sahihil Aqidah (Faithful Muslim) in which person expected to have strong believe on in all pillars of Islam,( 2) Sahihul Ibadah (Correct Worship): Performing acts of worship correctly and sincerely in line with the Qur’an and Sunnah.
(3) Matinun khulqi (Good Character): Upholding good morals, humility, patience, and honesty. (4)Musakkifil Fikri (Educated and Enlightened Mind): Pursuing knowledge, understanding Islam deeply, and contributing intellectually to society.
(5) Kawiyyul Jismi (Physical Strength): Maintaining good health and physical fitness. (6) Qadiran Alal-Kasbi (Self-Reliance): Working hard to earn a lawful livelihood.
(7) Munazziman fi shu´unihi (Should be well organized in the conduct of his affairs) (8)arisan Ala Waqtihi (Time Consciousness): Using time efficiently for beneficial purposes.
(9) Nafian Lighayrihi (Beneficial to Others): Being helpful and adding value to society.

Sheikh supported his teachings with two profound Hadiths:

This Hadith emphasized urgency in performing good deeds before major obstacles (like death) arise.
Shiekh Amad however reminded the youth on the qualities of seven categories of people who will be under Allah’s shade on the Day of Judgment:
He Highlighting qualities such as just leadership, sincere worship, charity, and purity of heart that earn Allah’s favor.
The patron also advise the youth to Didi ate their life in the course of Allah through working for the propagation and promoting the true teaching of Islam which is bound upon, service to Allah and humanity.
“As members of MSSN you can you need to Strengthening unity and cooperation among you for moving the noble objectives of the union forward.
I urged you to be steadfast, proactive, in you personal, spiritual life” Shiekh Ahmad stated.
