Jigawa state Governor Malam Umar Namadi has lifted suspension on the state Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon Auwalu Dalladi Sankara
with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim and made available to News men in Dutse
According to the statement “It would be recalled that, the Commissioner was suspended based on alleged involvement in an Incidence reported before Kano State Hisbah Board” SSG said.
” The lifting of the suspension followed by his discharge and acquainted by an Upper Sha’riah Court in Kano, Kano State against all charges label against him”
Hon Auwal Sankara was on last Monday discharged and squinted by the preciding Judge of Kano state Upper Sharia court Justice Ibrahim Sarki Yola.
The judge declared that, ” bas on the police report s this case field against Taslim Baba Nabegu and Auwalu Dalladi Sankara lacks merits and any reliable evidence for the court to proceed it, therefore the case is here by strike out, the first and Second dependants are also discharged ”
Hon Auwalu Sankara was in the last October draged before the Sharia court after been arrested by Kano state Hisba in his house upon receiving complain from one Nasiru Buba Jalam fon an alleged illicit affairs between his wife and the accused person.
