In every local government there are Special Assistant on Basic Education and also for seniors Secondary Education , they are all expected to help in monitoring the projects and learning activities at the schools of their jurisdiction &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;
